He shivers and talks. Works great. Was a gift to my son and he wasn't into this. Takes 3 AA batteries which are NOT included as they'd add to the shipping weight. Just tested and works great. Note: he's clean and has been in the original bag...but the red on his scarf has left some red on his "hands". If you life the scarf, you can see some red bled. Not a big deal at all unless you're looking for it. Th is comes from my smoke free and smell free home. NOTE: I ship very fast- I do "click N ship" which means as soon as you pay, I do a label and my postal carrier picks the item up at my door.
