I ordered an ornament and when I received the package it was not the one I ordered. Got in contact with the seller and they immediately sent me the correct item. I offered to return the ornament that was sent in error but they told me to keep it. I received the correct ornament very quickly and it was packaged very well. Seller had great communication, especially when a minor delivery issue happened that was outside of their control. They did a great job of follow up and ensuring a successful delivery. Box was packaged well and everything came exactly as described. I highly recommend this seller!!!
