Very well packaged, items were as pictured and described in new conditions and they were good value for Talbots earrings. Even though the shipping fee was a little higher because they are coming from China, the seller was willing to combine two earrings for one shipping fee. The only problem I have is whoever delivered the item to my house was careless. They dropped the package on the steps next to sidewalk where anyone could've picked it up, instead of delivering at the door like others do.
When I received this necklace I asked to return it because I already had the same necklace, I packed the necklace in same box i received & seller sent me their address which was in China and I pay for shipping and get tracking information. I took the package to the Post Office was told I needed to fill out a form I think was the value? and was told the postage would cost. $19.90. Changed my mind and canceled the request for return very disappointed.
Package arrived by priority mail & in perfect condition. Necklace secure inside heavy cardboard box inside nylon jewelry pouch & wrapped in heavy layers of bubble wrap.
