The seller either inputted my address incorrectly on the shipping label or the delivery service they chose made a mistake. My package was never delivered and was returned to sender. The tracking info said “forwarding expired”. This was a mistake. I have no forwarding on my address or tied to my name. I politely explained this to the seller and asked if they could please resend the package. They accused me of lying, told me I was mistreating them, and refused to refund me or resend the package.
A problem occurred with shipping that wasn't the seller's fault, but he nonetheless got back to me right after I notified him of it and made sure to figure exactly what it was and when my item would be delivered. Great seller. Highly recommended. Excellent communication. A+ all the way!
