The price on this heater was so much better than other companies. I ordered one from Lowe's at around this price and a few days later, when I went back to the Lowe's website to order another one, it was $50 higher in price. This seller shipped this more quickly than Lowe's did. There was a little damage to the top packaging causing a slight dent to the item but that most likely happened in shipping. It wasn't worth trying to do an exchange. Really happy with the seller and item!
