Fantastic seller! Great communication when my item went missing (post office fault; not sellers). Unfortunately the post office misplaced them for close to a month. However when they finally showed up, they were exactly as described. Super safe packaging. Gloves look great and are in new condo as described with tags. Great value for the gloves and they are well made. So sorry to seller that a refund claim had to be made; it was not their fault. Felt so terrible when they finally showed up.
The shipping was pretty fast, seeing as how the shies had to be authenticated prior to shipping to me. They were well packaged, and the laces were not in the shoes yet. (I prefer this.) The shoes were just as pictured in the ad, so I was relieved about that. I have several other pots, so I know the sizing is good, but I usually order a 10 instead of 9 1/2 for a little extra room for socks.
