I've now purchased many crystals from this seller and am always so happy with my purchases. One item I received had damage and I contacted them and they gave me a generous partial credit, which was appreciated. But I've only ever had 1 item I had to contact them about, and have purchased dozens of items. Everything is very well packaged and shipped. Heard about him froma friend that said he had amazing crystals for great prices, packages them carfully and was better than described! He even threw in a couple extra items! that kind of customer care doenst happen alot anymore!. So far from what I have seen, its amazing deals- amazing person- amazing he ships with no tariffs! Disappointed that after I transfered money and logged on fir the first time- it was during his last couple crystals! I did snag a few though! Super excited!
