Unfortunately I had to return the trainers as there was a small mark on the heel of one of them. This wouldn't usually have been a problem except they were for a gift (so needed to be 100% perfect). However I cannot fault the seller at all, they replied quickly to my return request with no questions and provided a return label. The refund was then processed quickly following the return.
