Controller arrived packed well but not in original packaging and without USB-C cable (I have several, but it would have still been nice). Controller still had all original owner's info in it and was STILL BOUND TO HIM. However, seller contacted supplier and resolved problem within 3 days. Excellent communication, but I was quite anxious! Controller is useless if it's bound to someone else.
Excellent seller - arrived at earliest estimated date. Item condition was exactly as described which made this a great value purchase. Well packaged and no issues. Took a while to dispatch (purchased on the 17th and dispatched on the 23rd) which was a little worrying to begin with, but once posted the tracking and communication were great.
