This seller was fabulous to deal with. The item was even better than shown. He told me it was just some grease and he was right. It came right off the All-Clad multi-pot I purchased. He accepted a great bid, when I questioned the shipping costs being so high he explained EBay sets it & if he could ship for less he’d refund the money. He gave me a substantial credit. It was well packaged & arrived quickly. He is a great communicator as well. Don’t hesitate to buy from this vendor, he’s excellent!
The wrong item was shipped. I contacted the seller Despite the description, price, and printed details on the offer, it turns out the photo on the web page was a different item than all the description, etc., and that s what the seller shipped. He acknowledged his error, but thought I should have read the pictured label instead of the printed details, etc. Anyway, he promised a full refund via eBay return request. I m sure he will do better in future but I was disappointed in the experience.
Item is as described, sender sent package quickly, the package was sent to michigan instead of florida which caused the package to be 5 days late, but that was usps fault not the sender. I appreciate that the sender bubble wrapped the contents because the package was in very rough shape when it arrived but the contents were safe. I would recommend this seller and would buy from them in the future.
