Unfortunately the original headset did not power up and the company, promptly, sent a replacement in original package. Those were faulty as well. I was promptly given a refund and an apology. Their communication was direct and prompt. I would do business with them again. The issues were not their fault. Both items came in original packaging.
Why in the World are you using USPS?! This arrived 4.25 in Springfield Ma bulk mail center, Now it's in Nashua NH on 4.26. I ordered the same thing from a different vendor 4 weeks ago and it went from WA to Springfield MA, to AZ, back to Springfield and now is lost somewhere for a week. That's why I ordered from you. Don't use USPS !!!
Poorly packaged, Lego box crushed on 3 corners, shipping box open on 2 sides where not taped down. Hopefully all pieces are here 🤦
