The item was shipped without covering; no shipping,but an exposed item box and contents, no outer wrapping or external box for protection or privacy. Unacceptable non concerning. The product was as described. I received a message 4 days after the order was placed that " seller is packing your item " which amounted to slapping a shipping label on the factory supplied box. That indicated it took four days to find the time to process the order. This was about 30% off retail price so I guess patience will save you money.
I was concerned as I didn't see all the parts in the photo, but everything that was supposed to be there, was there. It arrived on time and was a good value, especially for the color, as it's hard to find. I gave away my sorry, underpowered mixer as soon as I tried this out. Good deal from a responsive seller. Packaging was secure.
