Good price, quick communication, solid customer service. Purchased left and right raptor front bumper trim, unfortunately the right arrived with defective mounting holes from manufacturer. I was shocked the defects made it pass quality control. The defects caused alignment issues resulting in an unusable part. Seller was contacted and pictures of defective mounting holes were provided. Seller was apologetic and offered a full refund for part. Despite defective part, overall experience A.
Purchased item but never arrived. Seller did stay in communication with me throughout the entire process (1 month. From the time of purchase until I received a full refund) I know it was not sellers fault for item to get lost. After a part leaves their store, they have no control over it. We put our trust on big shipping companies to connect a seller and a buyer, but some how they manage to lose or damage packages. I just received my order. This vendor has shipping that fails to track well, but finally updates to show, "Out for delivery". I was concerned by inability to track the order better, but all is well. Good vendor, but post-ship-tracking was left some things to be desired. Thx vendor for providing what looks like my desired product at the fairest price I could find.
