I sent the seller a message before buying (2) 24 sugar free packs. The seller got back to me quick, but they took over 7 days to ship my item and that made my item arrived outside the shipping window. In fact if I didn’t message the seller, I am not sure my package would have gotten dropped off when it did. The packaging was okay to subpar at best, just a empty cardboard redbull box over my purchase.. I will keep the item, but I will not purchase from this seller again.
Thought I had an Issue with the package while it was in transit. Contacted Sell and was given a quick response. I know they had no control on shipping once USPS got it, but they did investigate it for me. 7 day hold in Kansas City before moving on. BUT... it arrived safely, so I bought another.
Quickly shipped and this heavy "glass" purchase was well packaged.It traveled undamaged across several states. The price of the product, along with the "free shipping" separates this vendor from all the others. I will soon be a repeat customer.
