I purchased the necklace for my Mum with dementia and no longer required it by the time it arrived as she went into care. I emailed the seller who was prompt with a response and more than happy for me to return it. The returns process is ridiculous only able to use DHL for postage with the closest outlet being at least 60 minutes away. I paid $34usd for the item and with postage removed the refund will be $7usd. Totally not worth the hassle. Disappointing as the seller was good to deal with.
I just got it today. I bought this on the 6th and received it today, the 9th!!!! Thank you for being so fast. t's exactly as you described and it arrived in perfect condition.
