The seller was great & but will use again. However, the pen’s quality was poor; making the value wasteful. More $ spent compensating for the cheap, unstable, poorly designed plastic pen. My dog is 14 lbs & easily made the square shape diamond shape easily. No info given when asked. Buy base for wood floors!
