Good communications. Received the item in a timely manner. It was exactly as described. Unfortunately, the person I was buying for no longer needed it and the seller gave me a partial refund after it was determined it wasn't worth the cost to return. The pillow was exactly what I was looking for, however it was shipped shrink-wrapped via Amazon and I cannot remove all the wrinkles. If I had known it would be shrink-wrapped, I would have kept shopping. The seller was very nice and even responded when I made contact about the wrinkles. So, I am mixed emotions.
