Description

This is an earlier Noritake serving dish or tray for asparagus or relish. The green back stamp with "M" within the wreath and HAND PAINTED, MADE IN JAPAN, dates it to the period between WW1 and WW2, 1925-40. It is art deco in design, a style Noritake made affordable and easy for all Americans to put on their tables. The dish has gold trim, is 12" long, 5 1/2" wide on the short side, stands about 2" tall and weighs 1 lb. The condition is good with no issues that I can find.
