The inner waist elastic, buttons and hook and loop all in great condition. The zippered, upper front chest is vented and good. The 2 outer zipper pockets are good.The 2 inner upper pockets are good.

Record came just as described and in very good condition/packed securely. It seemed like it took a long time to be delivered, but I think that was due to snow in our area & a back up at the post office, not the seller.
