The first one the seller shipped to me was defective. After messaging the seller about the situation, they tried to remedy the problem first before determining that it was indeed defective and immediately offered to send a replacement, which I accepted. The second one actually worked, and am happy with it. Although used, the quality is still really, really good and the appearance seems to look like new. And at the value I purchased it at was worth it as well. Excellent customer service overall.
