I purchased a part for my truck, and they promptly shipped it out. Unfortunately, the part was defective and didn’t work properly. I reached out to them to see what my options were. They responded quickly, and offered a full refund on the part. So although the part didn’t work for me, I give this seller an A+ rating for their communication and customer service.
I received a broken sensor. I asked the seller to send it back to me, but since I do not live in the US, the seller could not send the sensor back to me. Instead, the seller promptly refunded me the sensor. I was surprised and very grateful for the seller s prompt response. However, I was not satisfied with the expensive shipping cost.
The description on the heading of the post is misleading and says Diesel Oil Fuel Filter, assuming it was oil and fuel filters. It’s no big deal at all, fast shipping. Thank you!
