I ordered this part (27742-1LA0B) for right side, seller contacted me & said that it didn't fit. Short time later they informed me that they were sending me the "correct" part (27742-1LA0A) for the same price, the one for the left side. I contacted seller and requested a refund and they refunded me immediately. At least they tried but they should have given me a little more time to respond before making decision to send the part they thought was correct. i was too busy to respond that soon.
Grateful to this seller. After initial purchase, they requested my car's VIN. After I sent it, they warned that the part was not listed as compatible and offered to cancel the order. I explained that I understood where they were coming from, as well as the risks involved. I asked them to reconsider. They quickly agreed and sent the item immediately. The shipping was fast. The item arrived exactly as described and it works perfectly. Would buy from seller again.
This is my second fuel cap. The first one they sent me the tether broke. Immediately they responded to me and sent me a second one. I have put it on today. Hopefully it’s going to stay on there all in all very responsive. Good company to work with.  They were very concerned and made sure that I was happy.
