There were some issues with the pads, one backing plate had come off, the directional arrows were worn off on some of them and one of the sensors was crushed in the box since the pads weren't packaged together, they were just free floating in the box. One thing to note for those who get these, they're directional rotors so make sure you install them with the vanes facing the rear of the vehicle, even though the factory didn't install them this way, one was correct, the other was facing forward
