Rotate the crankshaft until the roller tappet is at its lowest point Insert the high pressure pump into the vacuum pump. 3. Cross tighten the fastening bolt by hand, and cross tighten the fastening bolt with the specified torque of 20N.m. 4. Use engine oil to infiltrate the ball head of the high pressure hose and install it Tighten the lock nut of the fuel distributorindicated by the arrow in the drawing with awrench. 5. Fasten the high pressure pipe connector with a wrench and tighten the live joint nut of the high pressure tube with anotherwrench. 6. Install high pressure pipe clamps and use 5N.m torque to tighten clamps. Start the engine after installation to observe whetherthere isoil leakage on each interface.
