  1. Item as described and works as expected. Arrived in good condition and represents good value. Neat appearance. Well packaged but slow dispatch and missed quoted delivery timetable by a significant margin. No communication beyond system generated events. System seems to record tracking allocation rather than apparent actual dispatch.

  2. It doesn't fully sit with the grip flushed but it's okay with me. It's cheap. It came in really fast and their customer service emailed me asking if I needed help. Brand new and nice. I tried the small and medium grip but it's still not flushed. The seller was great.
