I received a broken sensor. I asked the seller to send it back to me, but since I do not live in the US, the seller could not send the sensor back to me. Instead, the seller promptly refunded me the sensor. I was surprised and very grateful for the seller s prompt response. However, I was not satisfied with the expensive shipping cost.
The item was received quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately, after installation, my 2001 F250 7.3 ltr diesel performed worse with the new regulator than with the old one. I requested a refund and the seller was quick to refund my money.
The description on the heading of the post is misleading and says Diesel Oil Fuel Filter, assuming it was oil and fuel filters. It’s no big deal at all, fast shipping. Thank you!
