I've now purchased many crystals from this seller and am always so happy with my purchases. One item I received had damage and I contacted them and they gave me a generous partial credit, which was appreciated. But I've only ever had 1 item I had to contact them about, and have purchased dozens of items. Everything is very well packaged and shipped. It's like Christmas getting my packages from this seller, always brightens my mood. Everything is as described or even prettier in person.
15 items were shipped in the same box with no item #, so it was hard to match up each item to provide individual feedback. I'm very happy with everything. Items were purchased through a live auction consisting of crystals and rocks such as amethyst, florite, lapis & so on. LOVE everything I received, great value, each were as described & shown. Seller packed each item exceptionally well. I purchased severl more items and can't wait until I get them. LOVE THIS A++++ SELLER!!!!
I have to admit that I was upset for not getting my package. In hindsight it was not the shippers fault. They mailed it quickly and after we (I) realized there was a problem they were right on top of the situation. The delivery driver out the package at the wrong door and it ended up missing. I would buy from this seller again. I may just have to ship it to a more secure destination.... Thank you for the quick response and refund. Sorry it ended up the way it did.
