The Heisey Trinket Box arrived yesterday. I opened it at the kitchen table. The bottom part of the box was perfect. Then I opened the lid to the box and it was completely shattered, not in a few pieces, but hundreds of pieces. I had shards of glass all over the table. In cleaning it up, I had to use a magnifying glass to make sure I had all of the very small shards.The glass was well-wrapped in packing material.Some irresponsible individual had to have dropped the box to make the glass shatter!
