The pillow itself arrived in good condition, but there was sooooo much tape it was hard to get into the packaging (arguably a good thing?). I had ordered this for a Christmas present, but the shipping was kinda slow and I didn't get it in time. The seller warned that this was possible if there was bad weather, though, and it still was only a couple days late, so I can't fault them too much. My recommendation: order well before you need it, unlike me! ;)
