I ordered a classic video game and I assume everything would have been packaged well and got to me safe, but the USPS either lost or damaged the package. This seller was very quick to answer and file the claims with the usps for me. And after I wasn’t able to get the package back I got a refund 0 questions. I wish I got to enjoy the game but at least I can say this seller made the bad situation better! Hopefully I can purchase something from this seller again in the future!
I should have LOOKED at the base to see there was no banner/name. Disappointed that I didn't notice it and now I have to figure out what to do with it. The packaging was great - much better than the one that was delivered by a different seller in an envelope.
