First time was sent the wrong item connected the seller and she responded right away. Very apologetic and said she would make it right and correct one would be sent out that day. This seller went above and beyond to make this right. The item was suppose to be Friday and I was ok with this day but received a day earlier. I was looking for a good air fryer to buy and found this one for a reasonable price, brand new. The item shipped quickly and arrived within a few days as advertised. The box it was packaged in was not the prettiest, but that was indicated in the listing, so I didn't mind. The product itself was undamaged and spotless. Fantastic product, just as described. I immediately used it for dinner upon receiving it, and I am very happy overall with my experience and purchase.
Quick to work with. Had my items out for shipping almost immediately after processing. The description of the item was a bit misleading, but I also believe that was my fault. I had assumed that the cushions would come in a pack of two, as they were originally sold. Clearer description, informing buying of just one cushion would have been helpful and avoided a return. But overall, very easy to work with and responsive!
