ZERO communication. Did not respond to my offer, or messages. After my offer expired, I just did Buy it now. Shipping was fast though, came 3 days before it was estimated, from WALMART... tracking was provided 2 days AFTER it arrived, and had sat on my porch all day on a day it was 4° in Michigan. My lotion was frozen. Luckily it thawed out and was still usable. I messaged to tell the seller, and still no response. Would not buy from again. I'll just order from Walmart.
Item arrived earlier than expected and in excellent condition. The quality is as expected and it is the same Olay lotion as sold in stores. I think the Seller is offer a good value for people who live a long distance from stores. Again, I really appreciated the expedited shipping.
