The jar top valve features a 24 VAC solenoid, manual actuation lever, and bleed screw. The jar top lid removes with a counterclockwise twist, allowing access to the diaphragm and support ring. The threads are 3/4-inch or 1-inch pipe thread and are compatible with Schedule 40 and 80 PVC fittings as well as heavy-duty manifold adapters. The jar top solenoid features nickel-plated copper wire and is compatible with all major brands of 24 VAC irrigation controllers. We recommend B-hyve controllers for optimum water conservation and PVC-Lock fittings for fast, glue-free installation. For outdoor irrigation use with cold water only. If I could delete my comment, I would, but eBay doesn t allow that. (Lesson learned - try to work issues out with the seller before commenting.) The seller was very responsive and reasonable in resolving my issue. I disagree with a seller posting items that the seller then orders sent to you from Amazon (My intent in using eBay was to avoid doing business on Amazon.) The seller posts higher prices than Amazon to pay eBay s fees and make a profit - Upside: buyer doesn t pay Amazon prime fees.
Unlike the first time several years ago when I purchased this same item from a different eBay seller, this seller (feekosupplychain) packed my order properly. And as the result, I received all 72 pieces of the Drain Cleaner Deodorizer Sticks intact. Not one stick was broken in transit. Kudos to you seller, you certainly know your stuff!
