Shipping was quick which was great. I had also emailed the seller & got a quick response. Both of those were great! Unfortunately, the item I purchased as a gift was mailed in a bag type of envelope and the box with the alien figure in it was completely crushed. The toy itself is intact, but the package a mess. It should have been mailed in a sturdy box. Also, the alien figure isn't nearly as nice as the pictures on the site or the pictures on the box. I,m hoping my son will still like it.
