At first the seller seemed a little shady when the they message and told me that Bluecare Express and that they scan package before it is delivered. They wanted me only contact them and not contact ebay. They said to give it 24 hours. But my package didn't arrive for a day and a half. The seller insisted it was delivered after a day, but it wasn't. The seller did refund me but I don't recommend giving them business if they conitune to use Bluecare Express, since that courier isn't trustworthy.
The item didn't arrive in the mail as indicated, but the seller was most graious, asking me to wait a couple of days, to see if it arrives. It did, today (Wednesday.) The delay was no one's fault, and I appreciate that the seller acted so quickly in communicating with me. I have left positive feedback.
I ordered the 1 gallon watering can ( the pretty one ). It was packed well and shipped fast. It works like it should and the sellers communication was excellent with a question I had. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
