My order was sent by the mail delivery to another city and delivered to someone else. Seller refunded full amount since that happened. It's nice to see a seller take care of the problems like this. I hope eBay gives this seller some discounts or something to help make up for his loss. TY!
Item never arrived, tracking showed delivered, spoke with FedEx, found tracking number was for someone else’s address in my town, different name too, FedEx wouldn’t give any more info than that. Contacted seller, was refunded.
Took forever to receive wrong strings. Sent incorrect ones back and only received credit for one 20 pack. Very difficult to communicate with. Will not deal with them again.
