I do my very best to keep all of my sites up to date as sales occur. * Kindly note , when you are buying from a listing with a quantity of more than one, you may not receive the same item that is photographed . This is because when dealing with literal thousands of items, it is not realistic to photograph every single item, especially if the item itself is not different (and I do take the time to take my own photos of items). FAQ : Do I take offers? - No - I do not take offers. My Ebay is not set up to take offers and this is intentional. There is too much messenger bullying if the price was not agreed to. Do I make deals for multi-item purchases? - No - again, I do not take offers. The prices are as listed unless I change them or send out offers. I do, however, bundle shipping - please see the shipping section below. Do I respond to individual messages like, "What's the lowest you will go?" - No - As a general rule, I do not make deals via private message. A gain, too much bullying AND it is not only time-consuming but also incredibly low-yield in terms of actual purchase being made. Why do you charge over retail? - Sites like this take about 15% of each sale. Income tax of approximately 12-24% also needs to be paid during tax season. So nearly half of each sale's perceived "profit" is site fees and tax reporting - and that does not account for my item cost (which is usually the same as retail as I do not get wholesale pricing). Other costs to think about are rent of a storage unit, cost of shipping supplies, and/or time spent in listing creation. That being said, I kindly ask individuals to direct any pricing frustration toward the sites that charge fees and the tax collection agencies. Why does my item have a different label/packaging from what is photographed? - It is not uncommon for the manufacturer to update/change/alter the packaging over time. A change in the body wrap label color is an example of this. Also - there may be slight variation in the color/texture over time (prime example are the Owala Tied & True bottles from the first vs second release). That being said, I will not necessarily retake photos as the item itself has not changed. I will absolutely take pictures of defects and post in separate listings with *READ DESCRIPTION in the title Do I separate lids and bases if asked? - No - I do not separate lids from bases on request. You can search my listings for any individual lids, straws, and/or bases that I may have for sale, as they would be listed individually. Can I provide/include the purchase receipt? - No, I will not provide my purchase receipt for an item, as it may be used to scam others. Are the Owala, Stanley, BruMate, Simple Modern, etc items authentic? - Yes. The proof is in the pictures for each listing as well as my reviews. Notes about shipping: - I typically ship same or next business day. - Please keep in mind that Ebay sets shipping rates, and I do not have control over Ebay prices. - Observed shipping rates via USPS Priority from Michigan to Texas, California, Washington, and/or Florida is close to or north of $20, even for a single bottle purchase. - There should be 4 shipping options in each listing. The vast majority of the time, my default will be USPS Priority. - The buyer can switch to the USPS Ground Advantage option/rate at checkout as a more cost-effective option. - I do bundle shipping if multiple items are purchased - my page is set to automatically perform "calculated shipping" for the buyer. - If Ebay does glitch and is not doing "calculated shipping" at checkout, I combine the purchases under a single label after purchase, then refund the shipping overage. - If expedited shipping is desired, this has to be paid for during checkout, I cannot send an "invoice" for accept payment outside of the purchase. - If the buyer realizes the address is wrong after checkout, the buyer needs to send a cancellation request and repurchase the item with the correct address. I will not change it on my end. International Sales: - There are at least two different costs that make up the total shipping price. One cost is shipping from my location to Ebay's international shipping hub. A second cost is for the item to travel from Ebay's international hub to the final destination. I cannot alter these costs. - Your package will show as "delivered" when it arrives at the international hub. Ebay then labels the package with the final destination's address. - Once the item is received by Ebay, they then effectively become the "seller." That means EBAY ASSUMES RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING PACKAGE RELATED - damaged, missing, return requests. Everything. My portion of safely packaging the item and shipping to the international hub is complete.
