  1. Thank you for shipping out the glass tree so quickly. Scared me when I got it as the top of the box had a hole popped through and you could see and feel the top of the tree. I took a pic in case; but, was glad to see the top of the tree was fine. I only mention for future packaging (even though you had enough stuffing in the box, the item had shifted). Very happy with Seller and product (which is actually 9 3/4" tall, not 10 1/2", but I'm fine with that). Thank you.

  3. Perfect little "Pepper". She came very quickly and was well packaged. Her appearance and condition was exactly as described. The price was good considering this little cat is pretty rare.
