Seller was responsive to my questions, but took longer than listed to ship (10 days). A tracking # was provided on the 10th day after I requested that they ship the item- but the item had no movement for 4 more days. Shipping was $30 for a 4" figure that they sent from China to the US with only a bubble mailer for protection. Not acceptable, and definitely not for the price. When contacted, seller offered discounts on future purchases which I declined. Neutral experience, won't buy again.
Excellent service. The seller helped expedite delivery to help me avoid a potentially higher cost due to potential tariffs vs items imported from China. The item arrived in excellent condition, and relatively quickly.
