I never received the book! It was shipped without a tracking number even though I paid $19.99 for the USPS Ground Advantage which includes tracking. I contacted the seller, they promptly replied and agreed to reship another book with a tracking. Two days passed, no notice of shipment or tracking. I recontacted the seller, they promptly replied explaining they could not reship the book for 20 days. Requested a refund which was immediately issued. Neutral rating for prompt replies and refund.
First shipment got lost in the mail and the seller was very responsive and immediately sent out another package. Thank you!! Will definitely do business with again.
