The item was slow in arriving and I asked the seller for a refund on the shipping costs and the seller ignored me completely. The seller is not very good with communication. I ask questions or requests and I receive no response and I am ignored. It is not professional to treat a customer this way. Also I paid immediately and am always responsive. I have not reciprocated any positive feedback for my immediate payment. This is not good.
