I ordered this figure and after a couple of weeks I got it, unfortunately it came damaged, but everything else was perfect, no marks or scratches, but the hair piece was broken so I asked for a refund, thankfully he agreed to do a full refund, in honesty as my first eBay purchase this was a good experience, the seller was super nice and deserves more attention, sometimes it’s the mailing that can damage the stuff so don’t force for a refund (which I thought it felt like when I wanted)
Fast shipping, packing seemed secured and safe for the item (lightly lined with bubble wrap), the item is as described (i do recommend asking for additional photos of the item because there were a couple scuffs and scratches I was unable to see in the photos provided in the post but overall satisfied - I am able to fix the minor scuffs and scratches). I think the value is good, enjoying my beautiful bag so far (:
Item arrived well packaged, but unfortunately was slightly damaged by the shipping carrier (wood varnish chipped in places). The seller was prompt in accepting responsibility (even if not their fault) and offered a resolution in the form of a partial refund, which I was satisfied with. Overall, very satisfied with the experience.
