The product came in very good condition this time with very little to no damage. Price was very reasonable and added to the free shipping made it more appealing to the buyer. When I simply told him what I found in one of the packages and not asking for anything in return you forthrightly gave me credit when none was asked. I was sincerely moved .
I PURCHASED TWO FOUR PACKS OF DOVE BODY CARE AND WASH FROM THIS COMPANY.BOTH BOXES OF FOUR WERE TAPED TOGETHER . WHEN I OPENED THE FIRST BOX, EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT.UPON OPENING THE SECOND BOX I SAW WHERE THE TOP OF ONE OF THE PLASTIC BOTTLES OF BODY WASH HAD BEEN BROKEN OFF. OBVIOUSLY IT WAS THE FAULT OF THE DELIVERY COMPANY AND NOT THE SELLER. WHEN I NOTIFIED THE SELLER, THEY APOLOGIZED AND IMMEDIATELY ISSUED A CREDIT FOR THE DAMAGED MERCHANDISE. THIS IS A COMPANY THAT HAS YOUR BACK.
