Seller quickly shipped the wrong size and style belt for my Toro snow blower. After informing them of the error, they shipped the belt that was actually advertised. Unfortunately, it wasn't made to OEM specs (about 3/4" too long) for my machine. I purchased an OEM belt locally, which works fine and asked Reliable Aftermarket Parts cust. serv. to refund my entire purchase price, which they did promptly, and they told me to keep both belts. Best customer service dept. I ever dealt with on Ebay!
The quality is great and it appears to be new, just like the listing states! The first one I received had a broken top but I contacted them and they were quick and efficient about sending me a replacement. I definitely recommend this seller! The price is competitive and the part is well worth the value that it was sold for! I haven't look at what else they sell but you better believe that I will be coming back to them if I need anything else for my tractors!
