I received the cricut as described, new in the box. It was still wrapped in plastic with all instruction manuals and warranty information inside. The price I paid from this seller was much less than a lot of other places I looked, great deal! They shipped the machine in its original box so It did get beat up in shipping, but that didn't affect the inside or the contents at all. Everything was intact! Thank you FH Liquidation, excellent sale!
Container was received with seal broken (as shown in photo), scoop missing, and some product missing as well. It appeared as if someone before me had bought the item, used it, didn't like it, and returned it. Seller was willing to replace the item or offer me a partial refund, my choice. I opted for the partial refund and am satisfied with this resolution.
Item was received quickly however box was damaged and torn and taped together with clear tape. All 10 heads were intact and floating around in box but were sealed. So not really a problem for me as I can store them in my old box. Think your description should read that the box may be damaged. Great price!
