Seller sent wrong item, polo shirt. I ordered sweat pants. I sent 3 emails, with shirt picture that I received, to seller without a reply. Went through eBay to get a reply from seller. Only reason that I gave them a positive rating because I did get a full refund eventually. I have bought many things from Shoebacca in the past. Always had great service and quality. When they finally replied they were very apologetic and sincere. That's why they put erasers on pencils, so we can make mistakes.

The pants were nwt, as described. They were shipped immediately, so fast that my need to change the sizing was too late. Seller paid for return, as indicated, so I feel pretty positive about this ebay seller. The item was as described, I just made a mistake ordering too large a size. I did try to contact seller, but did not get a reply. Despite that, I will order from again. Price was fair. 4 1/2 ☆
