Only reason that I gave them a positive rating because I did get a full refund eventually. I have bought many things from Shoebacca in the past. Always had great service and quality. The pants were nwt, as described. They were shipped immediately, so fast that my need to change the sizing was too late. Seller paid for return, as indicated, so I feel pretty positive about this ebay seller. The item was as described, I just made a mistake ordering too large a size.
