Faux leather uppers, which is one of the materials I excluded in the search filter, but IDK if that's a problem with the e-bay filter or the seller. They look good and fit well, and they are very comfortable , so I'm keeping them anyway. They are made in China. Puma claims they don't manufacture shoes in China for sale in the USA, so I would think they were knock-offs if the seller wasn't the Official Puma Store.
