  1. They arrived fairly quickly which was nice. The problem is they aren't very bright. The low beams I can't hardly tell are even on. The high beams aren't any brighter than my halogens were. The seller was very nice and messaged me several times before they arrived. The were definitely brand new in the box like they were described.
