The seller shipped my order promptly, but the shipper appeared to lose it for over two weeks. This was during the holidays. Seller was very responsive to my inquiries and eventually I received a refund. A couple of weeks later the parts magically arrived. I exchanged a few messages with the seller again, we agreed on a fair price for what I received and when I received it, and I reimbursed them. As before, they were helpful and responsive. And after all that-- the lights fit and work fine.
There was a delivery issue with the first package. It was completely destroyed to the point of being unusable. I thought the worse and imagined I'd have to repay without proof I was not the cause of the loss. After a short exchange of messages, they told me not to worry and sent me a second set without hesitation or added fees. I am very happy I did business with them and hope to do so again! The product came as expected... in great condition. They also work great and look amazing on my car.
The seller was easy to deal with, other than the part that I bought not functioning as promised. I purchased a taillight for a 2021 Jeep JLU 4XE. It looked good lit, however it fast flashed and caused error codes to come from the vehicle. Seller asked that I try a few things, which I declined and they issued the refund. I could not ask for a better seller, even though the part did not work out. The shipping was not fast but it came from China.
